A growing psychology practice in the West LA area is looking for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join their expanding team! As the Medical Front Desk Coordinator, you will be assisting all patients with incoming calls, scheduling appointments, overseeing patient care plans, heavy data entry of patient information, and assisting with insurance verifications. This candidate has the opportunity to create a great patient care experience for all and to be a representation of the practice.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a medical setting, be bilingual in Spanish, and want to grow their career in the healthcare industry on the long term basis.
