Our innovative financial client needs a Business Analyst to evaluate existing practices, find opportunities for improvement, and help implement new processes as technologies, risks, and methodologies evolve.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
Create detailed business requirements documentation
Identify effective methods to improve or solve existing problems
Ensure a Lean Agile mindset is applied to work projects
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience
Business analysis and documentation skills
Experience performing testing
Good analytical and critical thinking
Ability and willing to learn different and new technology
Software engineering experience required
Demonstrate ability to develop test cases thoroughly and thorough testing skills
Demonstrate proficient understanding in multiple technologies/applications
