Your new role As a Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR BP, (6 Month FTC) you will report to the Senior HR BP and be part of a pro-active HR team. You will be responsible for managing a project to update HR policies and procedures following TUPE process, you will also be responsible for all hands-on operational HR duties including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and training managers on all HR best practice.You will be supporting a division who cover the Airport and must have experience and an understanding of civil aviation authority processes and procedures.
What you’ll need to succeed You must have experience at HR BP or Senior HR Advisor level. You will be supporting a division who cover the Airport and must have experience and an understanding of civil aviation authority processes and procedures or alternatively you will have experience within a Rail industry or highly regulated H&S industry. You must have experience dealing with complex ER Cases and experience of writing HR policies and procedures. You must have no more than 1 months notice
