Company / Role Overview:
This is a privately owned agency that has been operating in the technical sectors for over 40 years and has a global presence with over 40 offices spread right across the world. They work with some of the largest companies in the world and they are looking to expand their perm recruitment teams.
This isn’t your typical 360 recruitment roles where you will have to be constantly on the phone winning new business. The roles are a balance between winning and developing accounts. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most prestigious brands in the world. Are you currently geographically restricted regarding where you can recruit in your current role? In this role, you can develop your desk across the U.K., Europe, and Africa. Typically, the roles you will be recruiting for will have basic salaries from £60k – £140k
Ideally, you will have at least 12 months recruitment experience recruiting permanent positions. Their specialist sectors of Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Construction, Energy & Power, Automotive, Engineering and Petrochemicals.
There will be promotion opportunities as the perms team will be growing over the next few years. They have a fantastic track record of developing their teams, there are lots of people in the business that have progressed from Consultant level through to Senior Management roles. There are also future opportunities to move abroad to one of the company’s 40+ international offices.
Package / Benefits:
Basic salaries start at £22k up to £30k+ dependent on your experience.
The commission scheme is very rewarding, it’s based on your basic salary and allows you to earn up to 50% of your billings.
Flexible working hours – Start early in the morning and finish early or come in a bit later (A great option if you do the school run or want to miss the morning traffic).
