My client are a rapidly growing engineering company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team and hit the ground running in the busy office!
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Hours: Monday – Friday – 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5hrs)
Salary: £18 – 20k
They are looking for driven and professional individuals to be the main point of contact for the Service Managers and support the business by providing administrative assistance to a portfolio of key clients.
You must be able to work under pressure, be flexible in your working approach, a team player and be able to carry out clear instructions to continually raise the standards of processes within the business.
Duties & responsibilities to include:
Maintaining and displaying a professional and courteous manner in all dealings with customers, internal staff, regional offices and Engineers.
Managing and maintaining key account information and preparing documentation and producing reports for meetings
General administrative duties – including typing correspondence, dictation, record keeping and filing etc.
Taking and screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Dealing with incoming emails, often corresponding on behalf of management.
Keeping the clients up to date with all issues regarding their contract and following up on any requests.
Respond to clients’ needs promptly and be the first point of call ensuring customer service is paramount.
Be positive and motivated in your approach, providing support to all within the team as well as Management.
Support with other activities as required.
Complete administrative tasks and be trusted to handle all work efficiently and with discretion therefore confidentiality and organisation are essential attributes.
Continually raise the standards of processes within the Key Accounts Department
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Previous experience of working in a similar administrative and customer focused environment and to be able to demonstrate commitment and a positive attitude.
Ability to resolve conflicting demands in order to ensure good customer service.
Experience of dealing directly with internal and external clients.
Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
Proficient use of MS Office Systems (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Relationship building skills (internal and external) and be a team player.
25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
