Have you got experience putting together PQQ’s? This leading fit out contractor requires a Pre Construction Administrator to support the bids and tender team to deliver PQQ and tender submissions. You will be based in East London.
The successful person must have experience working in the Bids/Tenders/Pre Construction team.
Working hours are 08:00 – 17:30 (Flexi time)
This position is paying £35,000 – £45,000 + company benefits (travel paid)

Identify new opportunities on portals and emails Log all leads, PQQs, ITTS, TQ’s according to company policy Have understanding of process and next steps to follow Complete all PQQ’s with supporting evidence Collate all tender submission documents Coordinate between different departments to ensure deadlines are met Pre Construction Administrator Candidate Requirements:
Preferable previous experience of producing proposals, PQQ and tender documents for construction projects civil engineering or related industries Experience using software such as InDesign, Acrobat Pro and Photoshop would be beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Word, with strong skills in other MS Office software, eg PowerPoint, Excel Self-starter who can manage their own timeSound like your DREAM JOB?
