My Engineering client based in Acton Vale seeks an intelligent, dynamic and astute Data Administrator with 2-3 years minimum experience in Data Administration who has very good Excel skills (Pivot Tables or Macro level or VLOOKUP etc.). The main focus will be analysing data from various spreadsheets and identifying duplicate part numbers. You would be responsible for cross referencing reports around the business so that all key information is stored centrally on the database. This role will also require candidates to support the Customer Support team with queries from their 87 centres throughout the UK
Candidate must have skills in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables or Macro level or VLOOKUP etc.)
Experience of data collection and analysis to identify duplicates
Effective and confident communicator
Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
Ability to work independently using own initiative
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment and to work to tight deadlines
You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work that is delivered on time, to a high quality. You will be highly system literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables etc. You will be a team-player and thrive in working towards targets as a collective group.
